With eyes on the prize, Tha SIRE has proudly watched Tha Empire Records Inc. rise. The ground floor label has come up and now proudly lifts the veil on his debut album, Tha ARRIVAL. Built from the bottom up, the record label established by Ernie Jimenez is a fitting example of what hard work and a visionary dream can create.

A bootstrap operation built by the son of Mexican immigrants, Tha Empire Records, Inc. is to independent, positive, hard-core, do-it-yourself hip-hop and rap what Jimenez AKA Tha SIRE is to a new movement that seeks to bridge communities while providing alternative role models for young people caught up in the endless cycle of gang violence and racial animosity.

JaiJae, whose real name is Jason Jamaa'l Edmund, was born May 7, 1985, in Los Angeles, California. JaiJae is the youngest of 3 boys and the oldest of 1 sister. JaiJae has a beautiful little daughter that is 2 yrs old. She is his inspiration. JaiJae's life wasn't all good. He had some ups and he had some downs. While he may not seem the most imposing R&B artist at only 6'0" and wears a size 9 in shoes, JaiJae does admit to a criminal past that included an arrest.
